“Elisa is a great violin teacher. I'm proud to be her oldest student on record (I am approaching 75). I started playing just about three years ago all by myself. Then went to Elisa to see if I could make quicker improvements. She patiently corrected a lot of my bad habits and showed me the right way to practice. I was able to make good progress over times. She is fun to be with. Highly recommended for both young and old.”

“My daughter started taking violin lessons with Elisa in January of 2014. She is by far the best music teacher that we've had! Elisa is very challenging but makes learning and playing fun. My 8 year old daughter has made leaps and bounds in music and can now read music after only a short 8 months of playing. My daughters bow hold and tone quality are absolutely excellent and it's because of Elisa! I would definitely recommend her as a teacher. You will not be disappointed.”

“Elisa is a very responsible, skillful, and sweet teacher Before Elisa moved to Ventura, CA, she was a master student and taught in IP piano school and Kwong Kow Chinese School in Boston, MA. My daughter, Sarina, was one of her students. My daughter loves her so much and made good progress when Elisa was teaching her. Elisa made Sarina relax and comfortable so that she was enjoying the learning process; she emphasized on skill and poses, she tried hard to help the students to get to the best they could. She is reliable as you can talk with her about the timing change and make up lessons. She came to our house to say goodbye and hug Sarina before she left. She is a great teacher that you can count on and you will enjoy her teaching.”

“Elisa is a great teacher Elisa taught my daughter viola for almost two years before she moved West. My daughter started viola when she was six. Elisa was very good with a young novice player - She explained musical concepts at an age appropriate level (but never dumbed things down). We were also pleased that she had high standards in her weekly expectations but always kept things fun and loose so as not to cause stress. Had she not moved we would still be employing her. Elisa is a great teacher.”
